This little winged horse is ready to soar into your life. I like accuracy in plush animals and have made the markings and eyes like that of actual horses.  Why use cross stitch?  Because cross stitch allows me to make tiny details that would be difficult to do by another method. Who says that cross stitch is only good for flat things?  Now you can stitch a doll using cross stitch for the details.

The animal is stitched as 20 pieces which are then cut out and sewn together. The mane and tail are added by latch hooking floss to the finished animal. Full assembly directions with illustrations are included.

This little unicorn won't eat the roses in your garden. I designed this unicorn based on the renaissance depictions, with split hooves, feathery fetlocks, a beard and tail like a lion, but I also include instructions on how to give him more "horse-like" details. I like accuracy in plush animals and have made the markings and eyes like that of horse..
