Shipping Information

Downloadable patterns will be available after the purchase is complete. You will need to register for an account to pay for the item. It can be downloaded by going to "My Account" > "My Orders" > "Downloads"

Custom patterns will be emailed to the address provided. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to design the pattern.

All other items will ship using the method selected at checkout. I will ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment has cleared. Any tracking information I receive, I will forward to you.
