The bravest little house elf, Dobby is now a 3D cross stitch doll. Dobby is depicted as he was pre-freedom, with large tennis ball sized eyes and "dressed" in his dingy pillowcase, knotted at the shoulders. He is in scale to my other Harry Potter dolls, being a bit smaller, fitting for an elf. Who says that cross stitch is only good for flat things?  Now you can stitch a doll using cross stitch for the details.

The doll is stitched as 8 pieces which are then cut out and sewn together.  Full assembly directions are included.

This pattern was hand designed by a professional artist/crafts person
Finished size is approximately 4" tall x 4 1/2" wide from eartip to eartip when worked on 14 count fabric (133 x 100 stitches) The image is composed of 12 colors.

* Pattern in black and white symbols on several pages
* DMC floss list
* Full stitch count
* Floss use yardage
* Directions with photos of how to assemble the doll

Design contains some fractional stitches and some backstitches, appropriate for an intermediate stitcher. Pattern may be worked on different count fabric which will result in a different sized finished product.
