An accurate reproduction of the German coat of arms. The federal eagle (bundesadler) was originally the Weimar eagle and was adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1950.
Since 1990, the symbol was accepted for the reunified Germany.

This pattern was hand designed by a professional artist/crafts person
Finished size is approximately 5" wide x 7" high when worked on 14 count fabric (72 x 98 stitches) The image is composed of 4 colors. THIS IS NOT A KIT.

Each pattern contains:

* Color picture of the finished image
* Pattern in black and white symbols on several pages
* DMC floss list
* Full stitch count
* Floss use yardage

Design contains some fractional stitches and some backstitching is appropriate for an intermediate stitcher. Pattern may be worked on different count fabric which will result in a different sized finished product.
